The life cycle of the butterfly is one of the most amazing transformations that occurs in nature. It’s fascinating to watch how a butterly goes through 4 stages before it can be seen at full potential. This book reminds me of the life of a butterfly. For some of us to get to the point where we can Stand In Our Truth, just like a butterfly, we must go through a 4 week transformation period. So join me as we take this journey of becoming even more beautiful than we already are by Standing In Our Truth.
Butterflies are a deep and powerful representation of life. Many cultures associate the butterfly with our souls. The Christian religion sees the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection. Around the world, people view the butterfly as representing endurance, change, hope, and life. As for me, I see everyone who takes this journey of Climbing The Mountain Of Self-Love as a caterpillar. For a person to evolve into a beautiful butterfly one must go through the growing stages of a caterpillar. Let’s take this 31 day journey together so that we can develop into one of the most beautiful things ever created.
I just want to take this time to apologize for all that has taken place in your life. Some situations were good, and some were not. The memory of your past is what is guiding you today. So, I want to take this time to say ITS OKAY. Whatever happened in the past does not have control over your life anymore. Today you are going to take steps toward Becoming The New Me. We are not going to act like the past didn’t happen, but we are going to acknowledge it, learn from it and move on to Becoming The New Me. Let’s focus on the 4 W’s of our life together so we can go to NEW LEVELS IN LIFE.
WHO. WHAT. WHERE. WHEN.
WHO you are. • WHAT you want. • WHERE to apply it. • WHEN you will use it.
Real Love: The Highway To My Heart is a deeply personal journey through the people who helped shape, stretch, and strengthen me into the woman I am today. Each story honors a person who left a lasting imprint — some through love, some through lessons, but all through impact. Together, their influence created the roadmap that guided me back to purpose, healing, and truth.
This book reminds us that real love isn’t limited to romance — it’s found in every encounter that molds your heart and matures your soul. Because sometimes, the greatest love stories are the ones written through the people who helped you become you.
This one is for the givers — the ones who carry everyone else’s world while quietly falling apart in their own. I Showed Up for Everyone… But Forgot to Save Me speaks to the heart of the nurturer who’s finally ready to choose herself. It’s raw, relatable, and filled with truth about the cost of over-loving, over-giving, and over-staying.
It’s time to stop pouring from empty and start healing from full. Your rescue starts with you.
Life doesn’t always give warnings — but wisdom does. Before It Breaks challenges you to stop waiting for chaos to strike before you start strengthening your faith, mindset, and emotional foundation. It’s about learning how to pray, plan, and prepare for the storms before they come — so you can still stand when the wind blows.
This book is your reminder that peace isn’t passive — it’s protected. Build before it breaks, so you’re not rebuilding in panic.
It’s not enough to know who you are — you have to question who taught you to be that way. This book holds up the mirror to your habits, attitudes, and emotional defaults, challenging you to separate true identity from survival mode. It’s part truth, part therapy, and all transformation.
Because real growth doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from having the courage to challenge the version of you that’s no longer serving your purpose.
You achieved the goal, hit the milestone, made it through the storm — but now what? Yes, You Did It… Now What? is the follow-up you didn’t know you needed. It’s about navigating the “after” — the space where accomplishment meets accountability, and purpose demands a plan.
This four-week journal helps you stay grounded, intentional, and ready for your next chapter — because elevation without reflection leads to repetition.
Helping Women go to New Levels!
Self Love Is …
Conquering Fear
Oftentimes fear prevents us from reaching our highest goals and dreams. It may have been something someone said to us as a child, while we were maturing or in an intimate relationship. Regardless, I believe we can conquer the fear and move forward gracefully.
Reaching Your Goals
As we grow, we develop goals and attempt to pursue dreams that come to us at an earlier age and/or as we’re evolving. Our goals are real and deserve to be explored and as we reach for the stars, landing on the moon is an okay spot to land.
Self Love
The healthiest and best relationships we can ever have will be with the reflection we see in the mirror. We have to give ourselves permission to form a healthy relationship with ourselves so we are able to teach others how to talk to and treat us.
Hey Everybody
It’s Chele
The woman that I am today is because of the trials and tribulations I have been through. I have survived many obstacles. Some almost took me out, but God. With my struggling over the years, it caused me to look at life either negatively or positively. Since I have a passionate heart that loves to help people reach their highest potential, I decided to look at life in a more positive way. From my high school years until now, I have provided people (strangers, friends or family) with uplifting and encouraging words. In 2018, I decided to pursue a burning desire within me to motivate women and help them realize the highest version of themselves. Hence, working to help women and girls build Self-Love within by providing workshops that are motivational and delivering speeches.
